Breastfeeding & Baby Care

Breastfeeding Made Simple
A few generations ago, women grew up observing breastfeeding in the community and among their female relatives. Today, many women giving birth have had little exposure to the breastfeeing process. Safe Infant Sleep Information
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends that all infants sleep on their back in the same room as their mother but on a separate surface. But what if your baby simply wont sleep this way? What if you fall asleep while feeding your baby at night? Dr. James McKenna has devoted his career to the study of safe sleep for babies. Get the information here to make the best decisions for your individual situation.
